Lasik eye surgery is painless because of the numbing drops or local anesthetic used before the procedure. But the effect of these numbing drops wears off and your eyes start having discomfort without any severe pain. This discomfort may last for few hours.

But more than this surgery leading to under-correction and requires a touch up procedure that should be performed within 90 days. Even after lasik surgery, a doctor may need to prescribe the patient to use corrective lenses to be able to see clearly once again. This may be due to either under-correction or over-connection.
